The Public Prosecutor has asked Catalonia’s High Court (TSJC, in Catalan) to urge the Catalan government to release the official files detailing the cost of the material and the website used in the organisation of the vote on November 9 last year. It has also asked the names of those responsible for the IT systems that were used to manage the consultation.

The Prosecutor has written to the TSJC judge leading the inquiry into President Artur Mas’ alleged disobedience following the vote on November 9 and has requested a copy of the orders placed by Catalonia’s Centre for IT and Telecommunications (CTTI), as well as the memoranda issued by the ministries of the Presidency and Education in order to set up the 9N consultation.
